Data Modeller / Analyst – Healthcare, Data Modelling Up to £690 per day (Outside IR35) Remote / Occasional US Travel (Must be UK Based) 6 months My client is looking for a Data Modeller/ Analyst with a strong background in health informatics, complex Data Analysis, and workforce modelling, with a proven track record of driving impactful change within healthcare organizations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in improving patient care and operational efficiency. Key Requirements: Proven experience working as a Data Modeller/ Analyst , within healthcare organizations. Ability to lead analytical Modelling and complex Data Analysis projects across the healthcare landscape, including international healthcare. Proven experience in data science, focusing on healthcare analytics and business intelligence. Strong analytical skills with expertise in complex Data Analysis, demand, capacity, and performance modelling. The ability to analyse architecture and design solutions to integrate strategic infrastructure. Experience in health informatics. Experience with high-profile projects in healthcare, including theatre capacity management and COVID-19 impact assessments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to translate experience into solutions for client problems. Ability to develop and implement models to optimize patient flow, manage waiting lists, and inform national pricing strategies. Excellent stakeholder management communication skills. Flexibility towards occasional US travel if required.
