Our Home has been judged as GOOD by Ofsted and we are actively working towards an OUTSTANDING rating. This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It’s a role that inspires others and brings your creative mind to life. We are an ambitious and passionate team looking to within the area. As a result, a unique position has been created for a Home Manager to oversee our current homes with a strong team in support. Our home is a unique 3-bedroom children’s home in Cornwall, supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs. We are dedicated to making them feel safe, not just in their homes but also in the surrounding areas. We currently support two young men aged 13 and 17 who need inspiring and confident team members to support them to enjoy a high quality of life, access education and have fun.
