This strategic role comes at a tremendously exciting time for the Group following continued organic and acquisitive growth. Henderson Retail is seeking to appoint a talented leader to join the team in this vital role within the Group. The role requires a strong retail professional with an exceptional record of delivery within a large multi-site retail company, with a passion and interest in fresh food innovation.
The successful candidate will have the ability to influence the retail strategy by identifying opportunities to optimise their fresh food ambition, building brand standards and delivering strong commercial results through the team. Key to success in this role is providing inspirational leadership, support and direction in a complex environment, that operates at significant pace.
The position is based at Group Main Office in Greater Belfast. The executive remuneration package on offer is exceptional and is designed to attract and reward a candidate of the highest calibre. Within the group, the potential for further personal and career development is considerable.
