I’m working with a growing D&B firm based in Farringdon delivering high-quality Cat B fit-out projects from £750k up to £3m. They’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on multiple schemes, ensuring delivery is smooth, on time, and on budget. You’ll be client-facing, commercially aware, and confident managing subcontractors and professional teams alike. You’ll join a close-knit team who back their PMs properly, with real autonomy and support — and they’re offering up to 30% of your salary as a bonus for strong project delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running £750k–£3m Cat B fit-out projects from pre-con to handover
- Managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Overseeing H&S, programme, quality, and commercial tracking
- Reporting directly to the MD with clear project ownership
