We are currently recruiting for a Secretarial Services Administrative Assistant on behalf of our US law firm clients.
They are looking for someone to provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team on a full-time basis, with working hours of 8:30am-4:30pm.

Main duties include:
- Monitoring secretarial absences and assigning sick cover.
- Handling holiday requests and approving absences in PeopleSoft.
- Collaborating with HR to assign secretarial support for visitors and new joiners.
- Scheduling and assisting with meetings and events.
- Using Firm software for documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proofreading and checking department materials.
- Maintaining attendance and overtime records.
- Manage intranet, conference calls, and DMS/OneNote calendars.
- Providing general administrative support and assisting with projects as assigned.
