This sophisticated furniture and interiors design/build client is looking for an ambitious and driven Marketing Manager to be responsible for driving our client’s marketing strategies, while overseeing daily operations and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
This candidate will work closely with the Marketing Director to drive initiatives. There is a strong focus on digital strategy, brand awareness, and business growth, and the successful candidate will lead a small team, so management experience is a must.
This candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent project management skills and be able to handle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. They must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and all internal/external stakeholders.
Candidates should have approximately 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a management role, along with a strong B2B marketing background.
Experience within the interiors industry is beneficial alongside digital marketing expertise and understanding of relevant software, and SAP, is beneficial.
Hours: 9:30-6pm (5:30pm Friday)
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead execution of digital marketing strategy
- Oversee new website launch
- Lead product and campaign launches
- Utilise data insights and analytics to refine campaign performance and marketing
- Track marketing initiatives against KPI’s to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Collaborate with the Client Development and Sales Operations
- Manage and oversee global showrooms and events to ensure strategy alignment
- Collaborate with Communications on brand consistency across channels
- Internal communications
