We are recruiting for an experienced Tax Accountant based in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded firm offering a dynamic and progressive work environment. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day working from home. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage tax compliance for corporate, personal, and payroll tax services.
- Prepare and review corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, and payroll calculations.
- Lead and assist with tax assignments and manage client communications effectively.
- Supervise and delegate tax and payroll work to junior staff.
- Assist managers and partners with ad-hoc project work.
What Experience is Required:
- CTA qualification (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant practice experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax, income tax, capital gains tax, and payroll.
- Experience in leading tax compliance and managing a team in a practice environment.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.
