About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Domestic Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of domestic pricing, analysing agent performance, and ensuring data compliance. You will play a key role in driving profitability and supporting the energy transition within our domestic marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Efficiency: Contribute to long-term strategic plans that grow the business and position the brand for future success.
  • Agent Performance: Monitor and manage agent conversion rates via Optus, ensuring optimal performance and proactively addressing any discrepancies.
  • Data Compliance: Ensure full compliance with data regulations, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies that drive profitability and business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency across the business unit.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure seamless delivery processes, including direct customer communication when necessary.
  • Market & Financial Analysis: Assess regional market variations to recommend best practices and maximise profitability.
  • Retention & Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer retention and acquisition efforts.
  • Business Representation: Represent the Domestic division in internal and external meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Investigate trends, variances, and discrepancies, providing data-driven solutions to improve overall business performance.
