The Role

We are partnered with a Global Investment Management firm in seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and management of investment products across multiple asset classes. This role offers significant autonomy and influence, shaping the EMEA product roadmap in line with strategic growth and distribution priorities.

Working closely with regional Distribution, Global Product, Legal, Compliance, Fund Administration, and Operations teams, you will oversee the full product lifecycle for UCITS and AIF structures. You’ll be responsible for developing new products, optimising existing fund ranges, and ensuring all offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned to client needs.

Key responsibilities include preparing business cases, managing product governance approvals, enhancing existing structures, and acting as a trusted product expert for internal stakeholders.

Required Skillset

- Experience in similar roles and 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge and interest in the investment funds industry, market and commercial trends.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills are important; this person should be comfortable leading cross-functional projects and presenting to committees and boards. Collaborative and culturally aware, able to operate across business units, geographies and time zones.
- Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented; proficient in turning insights and feedback into actionable product decisions.
- High standards of written and verbal communication; able to craft clear product narratives and technical documentation.
