As our Pub Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Plough & Harrow, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for all our patrons. You will manage a talented team, uphold and improve service standards, and handle stock and inventory efficiently while influencing our product range. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and take charge of organising exciting events that engage our community.
Hours of Work: Full-time, flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Salary: Competitive salary of £30,000 per year.
