Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Teacher of A-Level Business to join our Strode’s College team on a Full-Time permanent basis. We are looking for someone to teach A-Level Business and vocational courses (BTEC or T-Level) to Level 3 learners with demonstrable enthusiasm for the subjects. To ensure high quality student learning through the most effective, efficient, and economic use of the College’s resources.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of a teaching programme within the areas of competence of the post holder paying due regard to student progression towards successful and value-added completion. This will be managed by the regular assessment of student progress and preparation of appropriate progress reports. And assessed by the provision of accurate and timely data and information including registers, withdrawals and transfers, assessment and examination results, progress reports by yourself.

We require you to be a competent leader capable of maintaining student morale and discipline inside and outside ‘the classroom’ within the college site and in conjunction with College Management.
