Boeing is looking for Supplier Program Mgmt located in one of the listed Boeing’s entities in Europe: UK (Burgess Hill), Netherlands (Amsterdam), France (Paris), Germany (Hamburg), Poland (Gdansk). The role will be on site or/and hybrid working depending on business needs. Travelling is required up to 25%. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Responsibilities:
- This role supports Parts and Distribution portfolio and will assist major engine programs by providing support for the business in developing marketing or sales initiatives for specific product lines.
- Providing support to Product line managers/IPT leaders in specific countries for key accounts/markets.
- This position will include but is not limited to market analysis, research, data collection and customer satisfaction.
- Travel as needed to achieve defined country and customer/market strategies.
Basic qualifications:
- Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all go to market strategies.
- Strong business acumen and relationship skills needed to build partnerships with stakeholders.
- Great collaboration skills in supporting customer expectations.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and collaboratively execute strategies to capture market share.
- Gather and report market/customer meaningful information to support key programs.
- Ability to travel as needed up to 25%.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English.
Education and work experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications (nice to have):
- Good at problem solving and strategic decision making.
- Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to project a positive customer experience.
- Understanding of how to create mutual benefits for both customer and business.
- Bilingual would be a plus.
- Engine MRO experience.
