Responsibilities and duties of the Quality Assurance Manager role
- Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices.
- Oversee quality assurance and control across all project phases, from design to commissioning.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
