Job Title: VDC Manager

Location: Hybrid (London, 2-3 times per week)

The Role:

• Oversee and manage Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes, ensuring seamless integration with onsite project delivery.
• Act as a bridge between digital design and practical execution, applying your deep onsite construction knowledge to optimize workflows.
• Drive BIM adoption across projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions and deliver successful project outcomes.

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of onsite construction experience in roles such as Project Manager, Civil Engineer, or Structural Engineer.
• Strong background in BIM, with expertise in managing complex projects and implementing digital workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, bridging technical and practical aspects of construction.
• Passion for leveraging technology to enhance project efficiency and delivery.

The Package:

• Base Salary: £75k-£80k
