About the role

We're looking for a Process Analyst to play a key role in optimising our business processes, reducing complexity, and driving efficiency across the organisation. As part of our newly established Operational Centre of Excellence, you will work on high-impact projects, helping to redesign and improve critical operational processes. Working closely with business stakeholders, automation teams, and strategic partners, you'll identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and risk reduction, ensuring process changes align with our business strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading process discovery and mapping to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Delivering process re-engineering initiatives, ensuring tangible financial and operational benefits.
  • Embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement best practices across the organisation.
  • Working closely with automation and digital teams to identify and implement technology-driven improvements.
  • Supporting the development of the Operational Centre of Excellence, helping to establish governance and best practices.
  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive process change and adoption.

About you:

  • Proven experience in process optimisation, operational excellence, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to quantify benefits and build business cases for process change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - confident presenting insights and influencing decisions.
  • Experience working with process automation, RPA, OCR, or workflow tools is a plus.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on improving ways of working.

Interview process

This will be a two stage interview process consisting of competency based questions and a task based presentation.

Working Schedule

The role is based in our Bristol head office, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. For this role we offer a hybrid flexible working pattern, with a requirement for you to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
