Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Shift Coordinator to join our AWESOME Facilities Team! Our Facilities Maintenance Team exist to ensure the safe and efficient running of the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort operation. The primary function of the Shift Coordinator is to support the Facilities Management Team by coordinating the day-to-day operation of the team.
You will manage the team daily to make sure all planned, legislative and general work orders are completed in a timely manner for all building maintenance related work around the resort. The role will attend and hold daily briefings, take radio calls and work on reactive jobs. As a primary contact for the department on operational days you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across the resort, alongside delivering exceptional interactions with our guests. This role is based onsite at LEGOLAND Windsor, out in the park or working across our beautiful hotels so you will have lots of opportunities to surprise and delight our guests, while delivering efficient, safe and quality planning, preparation and implementation of facilities work orders.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working in Facilities Maintenance or Construction role is essential, ideally in a theme park setting
- Multi trade experience and a trade qualification is essential
- Qualified to City & Guild level 2 or higher
- Working knowledge of current, role relevant UK legislation
- Previous experience using an asset management system is advantageous
- An active interest in current and upcoming technical solutions, market products and equipment related to the Facilities department

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort: We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Shift Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK's favourite children's theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
