A leading law firm with global reach are seeking a Recruitment Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract basis to work across a mix of fee earning and business services recruitment. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established team with a strong reputation for culture.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this role provides recruitment support across a variety of areas alongside working on projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing relationships with key hiring managers regarding resourcing needs
  • Implementing attraction strategies
  • Advising on job and candidate specifications and process improvements
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders on recruitment needs and business cases
  • Liaising with agencies and managing relationships
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Overseeing and developing assistants in the team
  • Utilising direct sourcing methods such as LinkedIn
  • Managing metrics and reporting
  • Driving forward diversity and inclusion initiatives

You will have previous experience of working in a recruitment role with exposure to fee earning recruitment in law either from agency or in-house. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
