This role will directly influence revenue growth by driving expansion and upsell opportunities within key customer accounts through strategic ABM and nurture initiatives. By aligning closely with sales and customer success, you will create targeted, data-driven campaigns that deepen customer engagement, accelerate pipeline, and maximize retention.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do:
- Plan, build, and execute personalized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive expansion (ARR) of target accounts and upsell opportunities of customers (NDR).
- Develop and optimize nurture programs that engage existing customers, increase product adoption, and surface upsell potential.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and SDR teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Analyze intent data, customer behavior, and engagement signals to refine targeting and campaign strategy.
- Create compelling content, including email sequences, industry-specific messaging, and customer case studies, to support ABM initiatives.
- Measure and report on the impact of ABM and nurture campaigns, refining strategies for continuous improvement.
Long-Term Projects
- Develop a scalable ABM framework to expand high-value accounts and drive retention.
- Build a customer marketing strategy that strengthens long-term relationships and increases customer lifetime value.
- Optimize and automate nurture workflows to improve conversion rates from engagement to revenue.
- Experiment with and implement new multi-channel approaches for deeper personalization and customer engagement.
- Establish best practices for sales and marketing alignment, ensuring seamless collaboration on expansion opportunities.
