Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing Projects to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring performance valued by customers at the lowest operating cost.
- Manage suppliers, both on and off site, to ensure quality of work meets required standards.
- Be aware of contractual requirements, payment milestones, key dates, technical requirements, and Health and Safety requirements for all Projects.
- Plan resources to achieve acceptable commercial and technical results.
- Make day-to-day decisions to support project customers and contracts.
- Manage tasks in time to meet required deadlines.
- Attend factory and site acceptance tests on projects when required, which may involve weekend work.
- Ensure delivery of projects on time and in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract.
- Prepare and present project financial reports with the commercial team, highlighting concerns and key highlights.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Fully Qualified Electrician - Qualified QC Tester.
- People management experience.
- Project Management experience essential.
- Computer literate with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel if/when required.
