Are you passionate about creating safer, healthier working environments? Do you want to make a meaningful impact across innovative, high-profile projects? My client is seeking a proactive and experienced HSW Advisor to champion their occupational health, safety, and wellbeing culture.

As a key member of the team, you'll provide expert guidance across all areas of HSW, working closely with employees, subcontractors, and leadership to embed best practice and exceed industry standards. Based in the London office, you'll travel to assigned project sites, ensuring safe systems of work are in place and adhered to.

Your Impact Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing robust HSW policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
  • Providing professional HSW advice to teams across project sites and offices.
  • Conducting inspections and audits to drive safety improvements and set meaningful KPIs.
  • Collaborating with Principal Contractors to ensure full compliance with HSW obligations.
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance and supporting a high standard of safe working practices.
  • Leading incident investigations, identifying root causes, and delivering corrective actions.
  • Staying up to date with legislation and contributing to a positive, proactive HSW culture.

What We're Looking For:

  • NEBOSH National General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential.
  • IOSH membership (or working towards), e.g. TechIOSH or GradIOSH.
  • Solid experience in construction or other high-risk environments.
  • Strong knowledge of current H&S legislation and best practice.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator with a passion for influencing positive change.
  • Proven background in audits, inspections, and incident investigation.
  • Organised, IT-savvy, and committed to continual professional development.
