Site-Based Cleaning Manager – Bristol, BS2 Area Pay Rate – £14.74 Per Hour Working Hours: 9.30am – 17.30pm (40 hours per week) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site-Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times. Key Responsibilities: Log jobs on internal system training will be provided Answer jobs that have been logged Deal with any reactive jobs throughout the day Some cleaning may be required Provide ongoing training and support to the wider team Handover to evening supervisor with any outstanding tasks Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections. Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks. Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role. Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and cleaning best practices. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively. Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
