Lettings Negotiator required to work for a value driven not-for-profit business with a truly amazing team! The hours are full time, 40 hours per week, and the role is based on site at the private landlords build to rent scheme in Sheffield.

This role will be supporting the building manager with the day-to-day lettings on a patch of properties.

You must have previous experience of working within a private sector lettings or estate agency team for this role! You will need strong administrative skills and be keen to problem solve and you must be computer literate. You must be a driver for this position and have the use of a car for work. The role is immediately available and will be for 1 month initially, offering a competitive hourly rate of £17.57ph to £18.49ph.

What will you be doing as a Lettings Negotiator?

  • This role will be based on site and will be supporting the day-to-day lettings on a patch of properties
  • Building a good relationship and rapport with customers via face-to-face resident interaction
  • Dealing with general resident enquiries, including; move ins, move outs, inventories and inspections
  • Supporting the building manager
  • Carrying out deposit returns, renewal discussions and weekly reporting
  • Any other duties reasonably required

  • Experience of working within a private sector lettings or estate agency team is essential
  • Experience of delivering a customer focussed service
  • Ability to work to deadlines and effectively manage own workload
  • Effective ICT skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Confident to work as part of a team and able to use initiative
  • Would suit someone proactive, motivated and well organised, who can work to deadlines
  • Full driving licence and use of a car for work
