Rubicon is recruiting on behalf of a specialist aircraft interiors manufacturer based just outside Cambridge. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity with a well-respected aerospace company, offering solid, consistent work for skilled Trimmers with a background in marine, automotive, or aerospace.
As the Composite Trimmer, your responsibilities will include:
- Applying high-spec decorative laminates to composite cabin parts
- Working from drawings and instructions to get every detail spot on
- Hitting quality and production targets in a clean, well-run workshop
- Keeping your area tidy, following health & safety, and working as part of a close-knit team
You’ll be working in a CAA and EASA Part 21G/145 approved environment, so experience in quality-led manufacturing is essential.
As the Composite Trimmer, your experience will include:
- Hands-on trimming experience in marine, automotive, or aerospace environments
- Being skilled in using adhesives and prepping surfaces for laminates
- The ability to read and follow technical drawings and job cards
