The residents of a high end private residential mansion block near Victoria station are seeking a totally reliable and vigilant Porter to commit to a permanent afternoon/evening shift pattern Monday to Friday.
Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm
Location: London Victoria SW1
Salary: £13 per hour (circa £27,000)
The Porter will provide not only a front of house reception and security presence but also take responsibility for:
- Post/parcels
- Keys
- Access control
- Building fire and maintenance checks
- Supervision of tradespersons working on site
- Assisting residents throughout the shift
As an Afternoon Porter, you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests and have the confidence to interact professionally and courteously with all residents.
You must have significant experience gained within a similar role, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
