We’re looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join their Management Trainee Program — designed to develop tomorrow’s sales leaders.
They are a leading manufacturer in industrial equipment and consumer products, known for innovation, quality, and service excellence. With a strong national and international presence, they continue to grow and invest in future talent.
The role will be a combination of field sales and branch based activities so a full driving licence is necessary.
The Role
- To drive your own development by engaging with the Management Trainee programme and proactive self-learning.
- Assisting in the analysis of business performance, learning how to make and influence key business decisions working with the Centre team and manager to build and deliver aggressive growth plans for key markets.
- To grow the customer account base through the development of both new and existing relationships, maintain the CRM system as you communicate and visit customers as well as working within the Centre showroom assisting in sales support and service.
- To attend sales and product training sessions delivered via the in-house training academy.
- Supporting the team with its operational and supply chain responsibilities ensuring the Centre’s support functions are optimised, enabling you to deliver best in class customer service.
The Candidate
- A well-presented and ambitious individual who is confident dealing with a wide variety of people.
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Full UK Driving License essential.
- Clear communication both written and verbal.
- Computer literate and efficient with Google Suite, SAP experience desirable.
