Key Person – Construction Site (Long-Term, Ongoing Position)

Rate: £14.50 per hour
Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Key Person to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a stable career in the construction industry with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and securing the site each day
- Monitoring site access and ensuring only authorised personnel enter
- Assisting with deliveries and site logistics
- Using technology (such as tablets, apps, or digital sign-in systems) to record site information and manage access
- Liaising with site management and contractors as required
- Supporting general site operations as needed
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card
