An award-winning specialist provider of commercial Facilities Maintenance Services is seeking a full time, permanent and experienced MEP Engineer - qualified to NVQ level 3 - to carry out planned maintenance works on mechanical / HVAC / electrical systems in a high-end commercial premises.
LOCATION: Watford exchange building.
SALARY: £50K - £58K basic plus company van, expenses, benefits, pension.
HOURS: Monday- Friday. 8.00am- 5.00pm
As a fully qualified MEP Engineer/ Property Maintenance Plumber/ Plumbing Trades Person, you will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
You will be a self-motivated, energetic, ‘hands-on’ Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer, on hand to support a wide range of commercial properties that need your friendly approach to delivering excellent customer service. You will take real pride in the quality of your work, still maintain the energy to work at a fast pace to ensure works are completed on time and to the required health and safety regulations.
You will have a background in M&E Maintenance works in high end commercial facilities and an NVQ level 3 in one of these trades. You will have the ability to work independently to problem solve and rectify faults in existing Systems as well as carry out audits, reports and certification documentation.
Current/ Previous jobs may include Plumbing and Heating Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Heating and Gas Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Plumbing/ Heating Engineer, MEP Engineer, Electrical Engineer.
