I’m working with a fast-growing Design and Build firm turning over £12m annually, delivering high-quality projects between £250k–£4m in value. They’re now looking for a Mechanical-biased Technical Services Manager to lead on flagship schemes and help build out their internal technical offering. This is a key strategic hire for the business — you’ll be the first dedicated services lead and will play a big part in shaping how they manage M&E delivery moving forward.

You’ll be involved from pre-con through to commissioning and handover, managing both internal teams and external consultants/subcontractors to ensure best-in-class MEP coordination and delivery. The ideal candidate will come from a building services background with solid experience on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects in the £1–4m range.
