We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our team and lead the design and development of Pega-based enterprise applications. As an LSA, you will play a critical role in architecting scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals and best practices in Pega PRPC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Pega applications using Pega PRPC (7.x / 8.x / latest versions).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reusable Pega components.
- Define best practices and enforce coding standards and guardrails.
- Create architecture documents, class structures, and data models.
- Mentor and guide junior Pega developers and system architects.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega design principles.
- Integrate Pega with external systems using APIs, SOAP/REST, MQ, etc.
- Plan and conduct performance tuning and optimization.
- Stay updated with Pega platform features and suggest adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is mandatory.
- 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience as a Pega LSA.
- Deep expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Decisioning, Integration frameworks, and UI development.
- Strong experience with Pega BPM tools, including App Studio, Dev Studio, and Admin Studio.
- Hands-on with rules engine, declarative rules, flows, agents, activities, reports, etc.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies like Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
