– Work varied shifts, including a mix of days and evenings, without too many late finishes.
Skills and Experience Required :
– Proven experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor in a high-volume hospitality venue.
– Comfortable in a busy, informal setting, with a keen eye for detail and guest service.
– Strong knowledge of food and drink , with a passion for team development.
– Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
