Clark Wood is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager to join one of Bristol's leading accountancy and tax firms. This role focuses on leading and developing the firm's tax services in Bristol while managing a significant client portfolio. The team handles complex private client and business tax matters, including advisory for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), trusts, family wealth, corporate transactions, and property transactions.

Role Overview:

  • Qualifications: CTA, ACCA, or ACA Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level advisory and planning services to corporate and personal tax clients, focusing on SMEs, owner-managed businesses (OMBs), partnerships, and HNWIs.
  • Develop client services, grow the tax portfolio, and enhance the firm's market presence through business development and networking.
  • Handle tax enquiry work and offer expert guidance on inheritance tax (IHT), capital gains tax (CGT) planning, residence, and domicile matters.
  • Advise on business restructures, corporate transactions, and property transactions.
