What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Revolutionise business processes across IT, Finance, HR, Construction, and Planning within the FTTH / FTTP / Telecoms sector.
  • Challenge and refine "as-is" and "to-be" process designs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Apply LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Model processes to support process mining and RPA initiatives.
  • Develop prioritisation documents and executive-level proposals to influence key decisions.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, aligning processes with business strategy and automation opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, ensuring high-quality output and career growth.

What You Need to Succeed:

Essential:

  • Lean Practitioner certification.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and documentation (BPMN2 standards).
  • Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Signavio).
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to evaluate and enhance business processes in a high-growth organisation.
  • Leadership experience, developing and guiding teams.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or above).
  • Process Mining expertise.
  • Experience in telecoms, construction, or fast-moving industries.
  • Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from process flows.
  • Familiarity with automation and RPA opportunities.
  • UK driving licence.
