This role is crucial for managing the strategic outsourced partners contracted services to Aviva UK Life, ensuring robust contract management and generating optimum commercial outcomes. You will be the contract subject matter expert, collaborating with various internal teams and supporting performance escalations. Your work will drive commercial opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring Aviva realizes the contracted benefits.
