THE ROLE
In this position, you are responsible for the delivery of new demand items for Front Office and Corporate Services functions including enterprise-wide change, enhancements for existing solutions, and service changes alongside the business strategy for innovation and support for new product development. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will have line management responsibilities for project delivery teams, enterprise architecture, technical delivery, and product ownership. The Head of Change and Innovation brings experience, knowledge, and future vision for transforming the Change and Innovation function including its strategy, operating model, product and service offerings, and workforce. You will be a senior stakeholder in all relationships with externally sourced infrastructure and operations capabilities alongside the Bank's stakeholders and delivery partner ecosystem. As a key member of the COO senior leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide innovation strategy roadmap and supports the Bank in the delivery of its wider business strategy. With a proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary talent teams in new endeavors and delivering solutions, you will also be able to demonstrate the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, build teams and consensus, get things done through others not directly under their supervision, and work ethically and with integrity. Experience of delivering enterprise and technology change and a deep understanding of good practice design, development, and test processes, procedures, and tools is also essential.
