The Opportunity:

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will report to the PMG Technology Production Support Team Lead to provide business/product support for investment operations. You will collaborate with teams such as Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, and Security Operations for daily operations. Your responsibilities include understanding business requirements, identifying process improvements, and designing and implementing solutions. You will also have a chance to contribute to product development.

The Day-to-Day:

• Collaborate with Portfolio Management groups to ensure system performance
• Monitor production platforms for system health and readiness
• Facilitate communication between business customers, Technology Teams, and vendors
• Provide operational and incident support for applications
• Perform root cause analysis and propose solutions
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements
• Participate in the software development lifecycle
• Identify process streamlining opportunities
• Provide business recommendations based on analysis
• Manage multiple requests with accuracy and efficiency

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in Wealth or Investment Management Technology
• Hands-on experience with Portfolio management platforms
• Knowledge of Portfolio management concepts
• Proactive ownership mindset
• Ability to analyze situations and develop solutions
• Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
