Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of luxury residential properties within the local area.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
- Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and rent collection.
- Ensure properties meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
- Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Thurs) 9am-5pm (Fri)
