As a Primary Teacher, you will:

• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Design and implement creative and interactive lesson plans in accordance with the national curriculum.
• Support Individual Learning Needs: Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, ensuring every child reaches their potential.
• Assess and Monitor Progress: Regularly evaluate student performance through assessments, reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Create a Positive Classroom Environment: Foster an inclusive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to promote a cohesive educational experience.
• Promote Holistic Development: Encourage social, emotional, and personal growth alongside academic achievement.
• Maintain Classroom Management: Establish clear behavior expectations and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
• A relevant degree in education or subject specialism.
• Strong knowledge of the national primary curriculum and current educational practices.
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Creativity, resilience, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners.

Empathy and Patience: Understanding the unique needs of each child and creating an environment where all feel valued.

Strong Organizational Skills: Efficiently balancing lesson planning, marking, and administrative duties.

Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and a dedication to fostering a lifelong love for learning.
