About the Compliance Manager Role:
As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee and maintain the organisation's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, including FCA requirements and the latest Consumer Duty standards. You'll play a key role in ensuring the business meets all regulatory obligations while contributing to its commitment to fair and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Manager:
- Review and update company policies to align with regulatory standards, including FCA regulations and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Maintain a compliance monitoring plan, including annual reviews, version control, and regular audits.
- Prepare and update reports, including the Consumer Duty Board Pack and Annual Compliance Report, tracking key metrics such as customer outcomes and regulatory breaches.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage regulatory reporting, track deadlines, and ensure timely submissions to the FCA.
