Essential Duties & Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Team Leadership & Engagement
- Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability.
- Develop your team product knowledge and selling culture to drive a high-performance culture.
- Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey.
- Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity.
- Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand.
- Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, and make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity, and profitability.
- Recruit, train and onboard a winning team.
- Analyse data, utilise reports, and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making.
