Essential Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability.
  • Develop your team product knowledge and selling culture to drive a high-performance culture.
  • Business Client Development
    • Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey.
    • Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity.
    • Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand.
  • Operations
    • Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, and make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity, and profitability.
    • Recruit, train and onboard a winning team.
    • Analyse data, utilise reports, and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.
    • Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making.
