Role Introduction The Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead will be a catalyst for change by proactively identifying opportunities that will deliver measurable improvement in service delivery and operational effectiveness. In this role, the leader will bridge the Services business, working collaboratively across workstreams to deliver objectives in a sustainable manner that are efficient, effective, and fit for purpose. Please note this role is open for applications (internal only) until midday on Wednesday 19th March. What You Will Do Operational Management and Process Improvement Lead Services wide initiatives to redesign and implement processes that ensure operational readiness and measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and client delivery. Drive operational readiness and manage non-product change management activities. Develop and implement robust management standards with strong governance. Monitor and report on operational transformation impacts, ensuring ROI and alignment with business strategy. Establish and maintain performance metrics and KPIs relating to quality management standards around ticket handling, project implementation, process adherence and data and technology hygiene. Identify and implement improvements to processes and tools used across Services. Investigate and recommend best practices, to ensure consistency across procedures. Identify process gaps through the analysis of information received from stakeholders. Be the Change Manager to ensure processes are adopted and owned within Services. Reporting & Monitoring Regularly report on compliance metrics, KPIs, and progress toward compliance objectives. Monitor changes in ways of working, any legislation, such as data handling etc and ensure successful adoption and compliance across the business. Governance & Risk Management Monitor compliance with the governance structure, ensuring risks are identified, and control mechanisms are in place. Track and mitigate risks at a site level. Training & Guidance Provide training and support to staff on quality management standards and compliance requirements, ensuring ongoing competency within the workforce. What You Will Have Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams. Experience in process audit, compliance reporting and implementing/managing governance process. Experience and working knowledge of ISO9001 Standards would be an advantage, but not essential.
