Valuation Surveyor (Long form reports/low volume) - Central, East & North London
Up to £80k basic + Bonus (33% of fees above threshold)
We are working with a long-established, independent Surveying practice who service East, North & Central London on behalf of a range of clients including Private, HNWI, High Street and Specialist Lenders. As a result of steadily increasing work volumes, they are now looking to hire an additional Valuation Surveyor as follows:
- MRICS/FRICS & VRS (unfortunately our client cannot consider AssocRICS Surveyors due to insurance constraints)
- Covering a patch comprising mostly E and EC postcodes from home, with occasional work in N and a head office in Islington for those who wish to make use of it
- Focused on undertaking long form, red book valuations on properties up to £15m in value
- Some HMO/BTL Valuation for one specialist lender (shorter, more basic reports)
- Low volume, high fee set up (no points per day target here!)
- Great team/socials for those who enjoy visiting the office/getting involved
- Basic salary up to £80k to start, rising with tenure
- Bonuses calculated at 33% of fee income above a threshold of 3 x salary (no small print, clawbacks or caveats)
