Havas is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and creative AV Senior Executive to join our team. This role requires someone with a passion for the audio-visual industry. The successful candidate might already be a manager, looking for a new opportunity in an exciting and dynamic agency, or they might currently be an exec or senior exec and ready to step into the next level of their career.
As a key member of the AV team, the successful candidate will have experience of buying, planning and delivering across TV, Broadcaster VOD, CTV, audio and cinema and experience in managing, inspiring and training junior team members. The AV Manager will report into an AV Director, and manage the development of one to two AV Execs.
As an AV Senior Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing AV campaigns, working closely with clients across different sectors, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. The AV team is responsible for planning, booking, buying and monitoring video advertising on TV, VOD, cinema, audio (including Spotify and podcasts) and CTV (including Netflix) on behalf of our clients. Our client portfolio includes the likes of Dominos, Bumble, Hyundai, Kia, Dreams, Matalan, Studio Canal, Red Bull, Ocado, Dolce & Gabbana and many more.

Expectations of an AV Senior Executive include (but are not limited to):
- Plan, book and buy campaigns across VOD / CTV / audio / cinema
- Book and buy TV campaigns, adhering to parameters directed by your line manager
- Learn how to plan TV. Take ownership of campaign admin. Including: booking, tagging, tracking, and post campaign reporting
- Monitor campaign delivery alongside Exec, reporting results to the AV Director or clients when relevant
- Assist with spot time and delivery reports for clients
- Fill out PCA’S for finished campaigns.
- Build cohesive and effective relationships with media owners such as ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Spotify, Pearl & Dean, Global
- Ensure accurate delivery of campaigns to brief and manage market fluctuations
- Show rigour and attention to detail when buying vs plan and agreed KPIs
- Assist with training execs on all areas of the job.
