An award winning player in the employee recognition and engagement space is looking to add an experienced new business focused senior AE to their team selling their offering to the corporate and enterprise markets. Offering a best of breed technology platform, they enable businesses to manage all areas of their employee engagement, wellbeing, benefits and recognition through one platform.
The Role: As a senior account executive / business development manager, your primary responsibility will be to engage and network with HR Directors and “C” level suite decision makers within large corporate businesses. While developing the relationship, you will need to be someone that has the ability to influence and push the client to change their behavior towards their staff from the top down, as for this to work there needs to be complete buy-in. You will have every sales person's dream portfolio of client testimonials and case studies to refer to, some of which show ROI’s that are dramatic to say the least.
The Candidate: You will be a highly successful sales professional from within the employee recognition space with a track record of closing large deals and a network of prospects and clients you can utilize in your next job. You will need to be someone who can be self-sufficient as well as working on inbound leads and leads passed to you by the sales development team. Any exposure to the other areas of their business such as benefits, wellbeing, engagement is advantageous.
The Package: For the right individual, you will be eligible for a competitive basic salary in the region of £70,000 - £100,000 with an uncapped commission structure and an OTE of double your base salary (£140,000-£200,000). Additionally, you will maintain earning revenue from any of the clients you bring on board, so in years 2 and 3 you can earn substantial money with the top earner currently earning in excess of £280,000. You will also have the benefit of working for a very secure and stable organization that provides superb working conditions and training, as well as an aggressive growth strategy for the UK region which will open up career opportunities for the right individual.
