Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Leader, Interior Design to join our Workplace Interiors studio in London. You will work alongside a team of creative, motivated individuals passionate about their work and collaboration. Our ideal candidate is passionate and eager to take on more responsibilities to expand their expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Develop competitive fee structures reflecting scope of services for project pursuits
  • Establish and manage project schedules
  • Oversee project completion on time and within budget
  • Manage client expectations effectively
  • Provide leadership by defining roles, leveraging strengths, mentoring staff
  • Lead design and technical ideation discussions
  • Motivate teams to meet project goals
  • Oversee material, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment selection
  • Manage construction phase documentation and procedures
  • Develop and present technical solutions to stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal and external project teams
  • Conduct and attend presentations
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement
  • Develop project directives, schedules, and strategies
  • Manage project documentation and quality assurance
  • Resolve technical challenges and ensure compliance with standards and codes
Qualifications
  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 10+ years in commercial design, with at least 5 in workplace interiors
  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating conceptual, space planning, and detailing skills
  • Experience managing design teams and developing design schemes
  • High commitment to QA/QC
  • Proficiency in Revit and technical excellence
  • Understanding of construction and documentation processes
  • Knowledge of codes and ability to research/document them
  • Experience managing consultants and contractors
  • Interest in sustainable design
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and flexible attitude
  • Ability to manage project fees and schedules
  • Proven client and team relationship management skills
  • Successful business development experience
  • Confident presentation skills
  • Potential for travel opportunities
