This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s flourishing practice in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will handle a complex and busy caseload of civil litigation matters. The role is full-time on a permanent basis and an on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload predominantly consisting of probate cases both taxable and non-taxable and any ancillary work.
- Advise on complex inheritance tax issues.
- Draft wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Manage estate administration.
- Handle applications to the court of protection.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the department.
The Candidate
- From 2+ years PQE either as a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under their own initiative.
- Commercially astute with demonstrable business development skills.
- Excellent technical ability.
- Experience in a similar role within a large regional or well-known firm.
