Our client, a market leader within the London New Homes market, is actively looking to recruit a new Sales Executive. Based in London, you will be operating and selling from a brand-new development which launches imminently. If you\’re looking to take your next step in property, our client is open-minded about your experience and would be interested in you if you have New Homes or agency experience. It\’s all about the energy you can bring to the team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective buyers, providing detailed information on available properties.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase the unique features and benefits of each home.
- Negotiate and finalise sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Entry to Mid-level experience in estate agency or New Homes.
- Resilient and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
This role will be paying £28k-34k Basic Salary & £55k+ OTE. This is a diverse role where you will be part of a high-performing Sales team where no one day will be the same.
