Call Centre Manager
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £50k – OTE £75K
We\’re looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire – Manage and motivate our Call Centre team to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Drive Sales – Convert a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries into appointments and direct sales.
- Monitor & Improve Performance – Coach and develop team members through one-to-ones and performance reviews.
- Ensure Compliance – Oversee adherence to FCA regulations and other key policies.
- Optimise Efficiency – Manage staffing, productivity, and workflow to maintain peak operational performance.
- Collaborate & Innovate – Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless communication across departments.
- Stay Customer-Focused – Provide valuable insights on customer trends to shape business strategies.
Skills
- Proven experience in Call Centre Management or a similar leadership role.
- A strong track record of boosting sales & customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional leadership & coaching skills – You know how to get the best out of your team!
- Solid organisational & time management abilities.
- Confidence in handling HR-related tasks (rotas, holidays, commissions).
- FCA accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
- A proactive, professional, and customer-focused mindset.
