Your Mission
- You’ll work with our AI-powered features, scaling our products and enhancing the quality of our existing content within Support — a team that assists millions of users in troubleshooting and understanding our products.
How You’ll Contribute
- Understand our customers deeply to empathize with their needs.
- Develop scalable processes based on tested methods for the Support squad.
- Design and deliver simple, intuitive experiences that ease stressful situations.
- Prioritise content needs and manage impactful projects across teams.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to improve our content models for new scenarios and tools.
- Work with designers from other squads to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Join the Content Guild, collaborating with the broader content community at Wise, and act as a voice for Support in feedback loops to improve messaging consistency.
