The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The HR team in the UK consists of over 100 people. We have specialist teams in Resourcing, Graduate Recruitment and Management, Learning and Development, Systems and MI and Reward. The HR Operations team are based in offices across the UK, working as one team to deliver a business partnering service to our fee earning and business services teams.

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is one of our key business priorities and the role sits within our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team within HR. The purpose of the DEI Advisor (Communications) role is to provide support in strengthening Clyde & Co's position in using communications to drive forward our strategic objectives. The DEI Advisor (Communications) will work closely with the DEI Manager (Global Governance), the wider team and key stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the publication of internal and external DEI communications.
  • Taking lead on the creation and delivery of global DEI communications content and materials, working closely with the Internal and External Communications Teams to demonstrate the impact of the firm's DEI activities and initiatives.
  • Supporting the wider DEI team, networks, committees and key stakeholders with our DEI communications plan.
  • Support the development of communications confidence and competence across the DEI team and networks, reviewing and providing support with messaging in line with firm guidelines.
  • Oversee, maintain and support the team's and network's use of communications tools in line with firm guidelines.
  • Managing our DEI calendar of events with the support of our DEI coordinators.
  • Supporting our client RFPs and DEI benchmarking and award submissions.
  • Working collaboratively with the other business functions e.g. Early Careers, HR teams, Marketing.
  • Supporting key DEI programmes, projects and tasks as required.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication skills and can demonstrate creative thinking: ability to write clearly, concisely and convey key messages to demonstrate impact.
  • A curiosity and passion for DEI.
  • Team-spirited and collaborative, while being able to take the initiative and work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confident in working with IT systems such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and competence in the use of Sharepoint and / or email marketing software (or related technologies and systems) is highly desirable.
