The role

The firm seeks a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate / Partner to work alongside a highly regarded Corporate Partner. The role offers autonomy and involves managing a broad caseload, including M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and licensing agreements.

This position provides excellent prospects for partnership and equity for the right candidate.

Requirements

• At least six years PQE in Corporate Commercial (no upper limit)
• Strong technical experience
• Business development skills are advantageous
• First-class communication skills
